We are thrilled to announce that JCI Ireland's Leadership Academy is back this year. Taking place from 26th to 28nd April in Coolanowle, Co. Carlow. It's important to note that there are limited places for this unforgettable and rewarding experience.

As we know, JCI is a leadership development organization. 'Developing leaders for a changing world' is our tagline and this year's international theme, 'Leading is our Duty', is more important now than ever. Leadership is the ability to motivate and organise others toward a common goal. But how do we do this?
