About the speaker

Mairead has served as a Sinn Féin Galway City Councillor (2014-2019) and was elected as a Sinn Féin TD in February 2020 for the Galway West/South Mayo Dáilcheantair which covers all of Galway City, Connemara, Joyce Country, Oranmore, Maree, Clarinbridge, Carnmore, Turloughmore, Annaghdown and a section of south county Mayo.
