Learning to Lead
It was a fantastic event with lots of tips on how to be a better leader in your own life. We all have the ability to achieve our dreams, we just need to focus on what we want – our vision. You can create your own Rulebook to ensure you focus on your goals and eliminate any negativity that is holding you back.
‘’Minds are like parachutes, they work best when open.’’ – Sinead Graham.
NLP can provide a practical guide to help you make the changes needed. The change process can be uncomfortable, but worth it to realise your goals and dreams. Some of the most successful and inspirational leaders in the world have used these techniques to ensure they are living their vision.
Everyone in the room took part in a few practical exercises to demonstrate how easy it is to control what we focus on and keeping a positive state of mind and body especially when we have to do something we don’t feel like doing.
The current presidents from Galway and Mayo, Keith and Karen, were delighted to present Sinead with a certificate for the donation of one bed net to Nothing but Nets to help save a life in Africa.
